    The in-app information available to me showed that it took nine days just to create a mailing label. There was no communication about this delay, no updates to indicate that the item was actually dropped off for shipping, and no tracking information provided. After two weeks, I requested a refund because I still had no idea about the status of my order. I believe it s fair to provide feedback on this handling for the consideration of other prospective buyers.
