    The card was clean and dust free. It came in a suitable packaging. The value seems good as you get 2 ports for quite cheap. I tested 10g speeds on a pcie x4 slot (this card is only pcie 2x8) and it gets enough bandwidth from an x4 slot to saturate the 10g connection. Cannot complain about the quality both slots are functioning properly, with the latches in place. Good seller
