The rain jacket was several years old per the manufacture date however it had new tags (old inventory?) and in great condition. Poor choice in using a shipping plastic bag verses a small box. It was a light weight nylon rain jacket and the plastic bag was damaged through the plastic in several places. Luckily it did not effect the jacket.
