    Item was not brand new! I attached pictures of it (hope it was when I open box it was shipped in) and it’s like someone used a box cutter to open packaging. Luckily the truck isn’t scratched . They used a stock photo and took the chance on it being brand new…. It’s wasn’t.

    Checked my messages & sad to see I never received a message from you regarding your unhappiness. Upon checking the photos, the alleged "stock photo" has a crimp in the top left packaging, the second pic has the same crimp in the top right (as the back of the package is photographed); so they are both pictures of the actual item, ebay just allows you to remove the background, which is what I did with the first (not a stock) photo. Sad to hear you were unhappy, wish you would have reached out.
