When I received the pipe, it was as described. However once I tried to smoke the pipe, a crack was exposed from top to bottom on the front side of bowl. I don't blame the seller because I did't notice it either until the bowl heated up. I tried to repair the crack but it was too deep and ruined the pipe. I'm glad it was not very expensive, I would just say be as careful as possible when purchasing a used pipe.
