I recuest a return and they never answered 😒 them I recuest help from ebay and nothing,. Nobody do anything I loose 150$ in this piece of platic than the seller sent me from China,. This Casio MudMaster is fake. I have several Casio MudMaster and when compared the quality is obvious. Very cheaply made and worst of all you can not program (set up) the watch. Stay away from this seller. I was skeptical about the price, but since it came from China I assumed the price difference between one bought in America and one bought in China was due China made. It cost too much to send it back, so I lost $100.00
