order not double boxed or cushioned well and i recvd a crushed tree may 8. sent seller pictures . They responded with back and forth about taking to ups and holding items so they could file a claim. Asked them to accept my return. accepts return, sends one underpaid label for 3 boxes. Item returnd and seller recvd and relist parts but still no refund 5/26. Beware, seller is slow to resolve issues and you may need to involve eBay. If you have inspected return enough to relist, you can refund
