They were packaged in a plastic bag and then in a shipping bag. They did arrive undamaged and appeared to be new. I say this as they felt a little wet but that may be due to sitting for a long period of time in the heat. The shipping was subpar, as I ordered them early August and received them oh September 24, so shipping is very slow. There was no communication other then being informed they were shipped.
