    The item I purchased was indeed a genuine hermès tie. With so many fakes out there, it's hard to find a real used hermès tie. I'm happy to report, at least in this instance, that the one I purchased is real. Which is great as sadly hermès have, quite stupidly, only started producing 7cm ties. Very happy with the purchase!
