The wasn’t new in box. There is dust all over the supposed sealed box items and outer sleeve of product was torn. I am an avid toy collector when it says new in box that is what I expect.

Nothing was hidden with this listing. Provided ample photos of the product and the rip in the box in addition to writing about the condition in the description. Buyer never tried to contact me at all as I would have had no problem refunding. I tried to communicate with the buyer on multiple occasions with no response.
