seller was honest in the description the engine was in fact a brand new 09 KB in pristine condition and had not been run sense leaving the factory 40 years ago. that meant that it was seized up and I expected that and it was. I have rebuilt many of these engines and this was the worst case I'd ever seen, not the fault of the seller. I was able to free it and it was perfect inside and runs beautifully.Very pleased.
