Necklace arrived today. Excellent repurposed packaging! The reason I gave you 4 stars, not 5, for the item description is that the chain is not original. You probably got the necklace that way and didn't realize - only someone as fanatical as I am about this mid-century stuff would know. I should have looked closer at the pictures. Anyway, I have similar necklaces with the original heavier chains, so I can switch out the chain from one of those when I want to wear this. Not a major problem.
