I offered to refund this buyer immediately and I would pay for return shipping even though he complained about the packaging but never sent any pictures of proof of damage. If an item gets damaged during shipping most people send pictures. He wanted 50 % refund, when I told him to return item and he will receive 100% refund he refused. You can see by my previous reviews I try to take great care in shipping. I’m sorry he was unhappy with purchase and I tried to rectify the situation.
