Parcel ran late. As did all my parcels after Bank Holiday. You had to be blocked for sending threatening messages when I could not immediately reply due to being at work and then demanding compensation when it didn't arrive in 48 hours when you paid for a standard delivery. The delivery service gave regular updates, so you were kept informed. I'm not sure this warrants a negative feedback.
