Model was listed as new and unopened but the seller told me he had opened it. Model was not brand new. Model is in good condition but very disappointed with the deception of buying a new model which wasn’t brand new. The sellers models are generally very good but anything listed as new has been opened carefully to take photos for sellers. I like all my models completely brand new, unopened. If this doesn’t bother you then I recommend this seller.

Model is listed as new for condition overall, not necessarily for whether or not the model box had been opened, which I always do very carefully to avoid any kind of damage. Photos of the model need to be taken (therefore the lids or boxes need to be opened in the first place) to give buyers a detailed visual of the model and it's condition, before committing to a purchase. Had been asked on this issue and was honest about it, no forms of deception contrary to the buyer's perspective.
