The shipping was very fast. The camcorder is in excellent condition and working fine and the seller has been very responsive and communicative.

So disappointed. This is probably the 1st negative feedback I've ever left. The seller made some promises which I have in writing, then refused to honor them, made excuses, misled me and became unresponsive or communicative.
I tried my best to work with seller but I don't believe they ever intended to live up to their word.
Please be careful regarding pricing and promises when using this seller. I hope you don't end up stuck and as disappointed as I am.
