Deceptively covered front coin grade with a sticker on the uncommon "accugrade" slab, which mislead me into believing this was a MS65 coin.

eBay has a clear policy that the grade on other 3rd party holders must be covered up. The coin was listed as BU and the coin is in fact BU (an MS62 I believe). No where in the photos or description was there any mention that this coin was an MS65 - which in that grade would make this coin worth over $9,000 (ten times what is was priced at)

The coin grades on the "accugrade" slab is self-conflicting. The front and the back says two different grades. Covering only the poorly graded front doesn't make you immune to the eBay policy, assuming it even exists. There are many other "accugrade" slabs listing with this seller, showing a pattern of deception!
