Coin is not an 1889-P VAM-23. Date position is wrong. Coin has the lower left serif of the one in the date in the middle of the third denticle. This is not correct for a VAM-23. The correct date position for a VAM-23 is the lower left serif of the one in the date is over the right corner of the third denticle. JB messed up on this one.
