I never got this item I ordered & paid for. When I opened the bag of multiple items in the order, I saw a note attached to my packing slip that something was missing because they didn’t have it in the warehouse… problem was I didn’t know what item they were referring to because I was missing more than 1 item! They said they’d refunded me immediately, but they hadn’t! It took many messages from me to them, during which time they blocked me from purchasing more items, and ignored my messages.
