ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE TRANSACTION! I ORDERED THIS PARTIAL ROLL ON APRIL 25TH, SELLER SHIPPED ON APRIL 26TH, PACKAGE STOPPED TRACKING ON APRIL 27TH, I POLITELY ASKED THE SELLER TWICE TO CONTACT THE POST OFFICE TO HELP ME GET THIS RESOLVED, UPON WHICH HE IGNORED THE 1ST MESSAGE, AND ON THE 2ND MESSAGE SAID, "I ALREADY WENT TO THE POST OFFICE OFFICE TODAY. I WILL SPEAK WITH THEM FACE TO FACE TOMORROW." WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MAY 14TH 2024 I WAS FINALLY ISSUED A REFUND THAT EBAY FORCED THROUGH.😖

All i can say is that we shipped YOUR ITEM the VERY NEXT DAY, the post office is a MESS, why ARE WE the Blame for this? .I've been in contact w/post office ,Ebay & YOU to resolve this & see where your package is.You will be be reimbursed NO MATTER WHAT.
