Seller didn't responded to the issue I raised regarding order 11-11641-10505 (Genuine OEM muffler 692038) in email sent a week ago.
It does not look like your ebay description for the item is accurate. “Condition: Open box Open box “New - in the box - May have some marks from sitting on the shelf.”
The muffler that I received has actual rust on it. Not just “some marks”.
Also, the opening to connect is damaged and not round on one side. Photos were sent.

I apolgize for the delay in responding I was out sick with Bronchiolitis and did not have access to my work emails while out sick.. I responded to you as soon as I got back in to work. That was a factory sealed box that we shipped so we were unaware that there was anything wrong with the item since we did not open the seal. I did offer to send a new one, but once I opned 4 different boxes and found them all that way I offered you a refund or to send out a replacement one. Again we apologize.
