Sorry, you had a "neutral" experience. You purchased on a Friday and we exchanged messages and I reminded you that it was Veteran's Day weekend and that the post offices were closed on Monday - it shipped first thing Tuesday morning. Could I have gotten it to the post office on Saturday - sure, my bad. It did however ship within the time frame allowed in the listing.
