When I received my items two of the canisters were broken. One in many pieces & just took the large one from box today to display and found it had many large cracks in it. Sent seller a message about second item and have not received a response.

You declined the full refund and stated the following on May15 "I texted you the picture. Did you receive it? A partial refund will be fine. The canisters are beautiful!! I love them!!" Your refund was issued same day.
