I never knew I needed this until I bought a roasted chick from the store and looked up how come it was not dried out in places. Commercial injection of flavored liquid! I tried this out on a big chicken breast that was on sale( the only way I buy anything now a days) I looked up what was used to flavor meats and made a broth mixture and used the multi hole needle . It took about 2 table spoons of seasoned broth, baked the breast and it was juicy, seasoned just right & nice the day after.
