The item I received was in far worse condition than that shown in their listing, with several external marks and cracks present in the casing, and even had a different serial number to the one on their listing! Seller denied any wrongdoing and I was told to 'quit crying' and 'good luck in life bro'. Unashamedly deceitful and brazen.
