All items purchased in my store are sent out as soon as possible and in the description it clearly states that whatever happens after packages are sent out are out of my hands. In this case, the buyer failed to update the zip code. When the matter had been brought to my attention I immediately had a contacted an Ebay agent and the person had told me the matter had been resolved. So, all in all, I believe I provided the best customer service as much as I can, have a nice day! =)
