The “sealed” box seemed odd. The cream was almost empty upon opening.
I have used La Mer for years.
They did nothing about it. I spent $80. for one ounce of nothing.

Noting that the product was in-fact factory sealed, customer complained that the 1oz. did not seem like a lot in the container, but decided to USE it anyway. After she used the product she wanted to return the item for a full refund. We explained that once the sealed was broken and the product USED we would not, for multiple reasons, including hygiene, accept the return. We apologized for her dissatisfaction and hope that she would understand. Clearly she did not. JG
