I messaged the seller, asking about the length of the skirt. The seller never responded. I bought the skirt anyway because the price was so low that if it did not fit properly, my loss would be minimal. When a seller makes it clear that he/she does not accept returns, the seller should be sure to respond to messages. Typically, I don't do business with sellers who don't accept returns, but I really liked and wanted this skirt. I'm grateful things actually worked out.
