Seller did not even know what he was selling. Sold me a motorized model of a globe, that was not motorized. I did not notice this until I got to the motor section of assembly. I had already painted and assembled for my store that benefits Cancer. Only thing the seller has done to help me was " send it back" . He even admitted that it was his fault. Now I am stuck with an unmotorized product that I would have never purchased in the first place.

I am not sure what else to say? If a mistake is made and you take responsibility for it, and offer free returns. So what was i supposed to do? Seems like this person will now hopefully feel better that they wrote the negative feedback. I guess they will sleep easier now?
