Unfortunately the controller did not work as described. Tried to get a partial refund, but just took the loss. Seller said that the controller worked before sending the item, so MAYBE it was damaged on the trip.. but I’ll just end up buying a replacement.. which won’t be cheap.

When you first contacted us nearly 2 months ago you were informed that we would gladly accept a return for a full refund and that we would even pay the return shipping. You refused and kept pushing for a partial refund. We don’t issue partial refunds but will gladly accept returns if there are issues with your order. Sorry that a free return for a full refund wasn’t acceptable to you.
