I am so excited to have found the Raden Water Surface at such a reasonable price! This was shipped via FedEx and (other than a customs clearance issue) arrived very quickly. I'll change my review if something improves, but so far this has been terrible. The last headset being offered is not new. They told me the new one they were going to send me turned out to be broken, but they have a used one to send. It's been 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. They've asked me if they should ship it now three times, and I've said yes all three times. All this while expecting unknown shipping fees. Get the $400 one with twice the storage.
