        This Altec Lansing speaker system arrived electronically dead on arrival and broken. I contacted the seller, sent photos, and informed her about the situation and requested a refund. She chose to ignore that request so I had eBay step in via the eBay Money Back Guarantee. They quickly resolved the matter, sent me a return shipping label and issued me a full refund. I returned the item to the seller even though her listing stated "Seller does not accept returns".
