BE AWARE This seller has a "Make Offer" Listing and when I made offer of $3.25 for original price listing of $3.69 which was a difference of .44 off of this product I received a prompt decline with NO Explanation. or counteroffer. By the way I was looking at purchasing 8 or more items for this transaction. I do not really consider that. satisfactory way to conduct business when it is listed that way. After I bought the item, the seller (in China) contacted me to let me know that he cannot ship to my location. When I tried asking why he cannot ship to my location, the only reply I received was "sorry". I know that he'd rather ship than refund my purchase, but I'd really like to know why he cannot ship to me. Most of his buyers are probably in the United States, so this seems very odd to me.
