Seller sent the activity tracker with no charger. I have no way to tell if it works. Asked for charge or refund he opposed to both and is messaging were rude. I am asking ebay to step in. NOT SATISFIED.

You received exactly what you ordered very quickly then demanded a refund and wanted me to pay for it. You kept telling me the watch was the wrong color when it was listed 5 separate times in the description that it was black and the charger was not in the listing. I told you I would give you a full refund if you sent the item back you refused to do that. I have already made Ebay aware of the situation.
