The buyer had option to return for full refund. No communication, just negative feedback??? Upon checking this buyer has posted numerous negative feedbacks (5 negative feedbacks out of total 9) to other buyers. Buyer does not realize how hard we (sellers) work to maintain our feedback record. In our opinion this was not a legitimate reason to post negative feedback :(
