I can understand if your new to selling items on ebay but if it's your first item you should be more attentive to your customers. Messaged 2 days after I purchased and didn't get a response until the day the item was suppose to arrive. Left me scrambling looking for another gift for my nephew a few days before Christmas. Thanks for the refund though.
