Marked as shipped when it wasn’t, endangering my buyer’s protection. Jacket was well made, but too small for me despite using their size chart. Custom changes were done very well. Sleeves were too tight. Seller tried to fool me initially in another listing with images I’ve already seen before on Etsy, claiming it was my jacket. Quality jacket, but too many weird errors. Had to escalate for refund.
