Listed as new, and auction pics show an OE box with the right part numbers so I assumed the contents were undisturbed. Nope, I received an absolutely filthy headrest without the factory protective plastic bag, looked as if it was actually gray from the crazy thick layer of dust. No protection whatsoever, just thrown in the box with nothing else for the ride across the country. Offer was accepted morning of Dec 12, item shipped evening of Dec 18. Sat on it for 6 days. You should do better.
