The paint is pretty decent, fairly rich/bright still but not perfect. Misc. chips throughout but not too bad. Horses also have some small rust spots. Wheels turn freely. Seems to have all of the parts including (2) each of the ladders, the ladder brackets and the drivers. I've LIGHTLY cleaned it up. It could use another (by buyer, not me). Note that the horses are able to come loose from the pin/rod they are attached to. I show this in one of the photos and I also show the pin pressed lightly in place and it holds/stays in when inverted upside down. You can press them together and they will stay together but I wanted to not hide anything and note it. If used as "display", they would be perfectly fine sitting there and wouldn't just fall apart. They could likely be pressed together more firmly that I'm willing to do (for fear of breaking something) and/or they likely could easily be glued.”
