An excellent pack of Vectors. I'm going to order the red as well. Shipping took a little longer but that is to be expected (see shipping location). They are all plastic but I knew that when ordering. The Vector made in the States were all metal back in the day. They wrote well and refills are readily available. Excellent transaction!! 5 stars!!!
