Both coils measure closely to nominal values of 3.2mH and 5.2mH,
so they are good platform for rebuild Leslie dividing network. Wiring is intact as well.
Each section of original capacitor however measure roughly 1uF higher than nominal value
( 8.8 vs. 7.8), ( 13.4 vs. 12.5) and therefore little higher than manufacturer`s indicated tolerance range of 5%.
This was expected risk, but network can be used after rebuild.
