I purchased a painting as it stated ’buy it now’. The order was then cancelled by the seller with a generic description that the painting was damaged. After contacting the seller he stated it was a mistake and the painting was worth a lot more so he refused to honour the deal. This felt very disingenuous and not in the spirit of Ebay. Hey-ho. However, I did get a full refund promptly

The purchase couldn t have been easier, communication was excellent and the sculpture arrived safely, having been very well packaged.
