The item was ordered and was very late in shipping. A label was created, but it never was mailed to me. After a few weeks, I reached out and the seller responded that it would be sent to me right away. A few days later I received a refund with no explanation. The seller should’ve been upfront about the availability of the item in the first place. Terrible communication and very disappointing.
