That would be the image that you supplied that you are complaining about? The 60 year old image that you sent to us? The one that you took which was still in it's frame and had glass covering it and had your own reflection in the glass? Would it be that one which was faded and blurred when you sent it to us?
So essentially you left negative feedback complaining that the image you sent to us was poor quality!
