Ordering was simple enough, and my offer was accepted. Shipping was terrible. $5 was added to the shipping cost after the offer was accepted. The box was significantly damaged and the packing was nearly non-existent. The product appears to have been damaged in shipping as a result, and does not work properly. Disappointing.
