The item was not new. shows signs of us and ware on hex. I also has had rust which bubbled and has been cleaned. It is listed as an isulated hex driver. I though it was for apex bit but it is just an insulated Hex. Photo was not great quality and the wording was miss leading but not intentional. I have no use for this item

Item was new, old stock. It might have had some shelf wear, but was never used. It is not an apex bit. It is an Apex hex driver…just as described.
