I bought and paid for item and the tracking said it shipped, but the seller informed me that it had erroneously been shipped to wrong person. I'm disappointed I never received the shorts that I wanted, but I do give the seller credit for proactively contacting me, telling me about the shipping mix-up and promptly refunding my money. It's a neutral rating because I never received the item, but the seller was very responsive and communicative and issued a quick refund.
