Unreliable...and Disingenuous! Inquired after 4 days and "in stock" item still unshipped. "intended to ship but found item damaged." Never bothered to tell us. Project completion dependent on item, so asked to send and we would repair. "It's too damaged to ship". Asked for photo; none provided. Purchased here at premium because "in stock" and Toscano (mfr) out of stock. Was then offered undamaged item when new available in July...even though Toscano was not expecting new stock before September.
