The ANC defeat was exactly what I needed to get proper signal to my subwoofer's amplifier. If you have a non-Bose amplified system the main harness won't work (you can use a good quality LOC though). The ANC harness fits both and works perfectly! My sub is now thumping and not trying to cancel itself out.
