This is not a 'heavy' carpet, it's a woven fabric with fringes that are crookedly sown on (see photos). Their customer service rudely replied that it's "heavier than their other one" (ha!), and completely ignored my remarks about the poor quality. I like the colors so I tried to exchange it, but was told they don't have another one (when their page said they have 5). I've decided to keep it to avoid the hassle, but feel it's important to alert potential buyers!
